Esports: M6 Wild Card Ulfhednar

The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) M6 World Championship cast has been completed after Turkey's Ulfhednar emerged victorious in the Wild Card Stage on Sunday in Malaysia.

Ulfhednar did so after pulling off a masterful 3-0 sweep victory over Insilio of Russia in their best-of-five finale match with jungler Sidar “Tienzy” Mente?e (Ling) earning the MVP honor in Game 3 with a perfect 9/0/7 KDA.

Ulfhednar, whose core saw action in M4 in Indonesia and M5 in the Philippines, was dominant all throughout with gold laner Emre “Sunshine” Sar? flaunting his Harith in Game 1, unleashing eight kills and four assists.

The Russian squad, though, showed a fightback in the second game after stealing the lord at the 15th minute mark despite seeing seven of their turrets get taken down by Ulfhednar.

But Sunshine, now parading his Bruno, stepped up and unloaded double kills to instigate the wipeout and fuel the victory. He was also hailed the MVP with his six kills and six assists in the 19-10 triumph.

“We prepared for Insilio and we knew their pocket picks, so we just carefully drafted around it to get the best possible result. We also want to achieve a clean run on the Swiss Stage. Our goal is to have a seamless run," said Ulfhednar head coach Vladimir “Ospreay” Gonchar during the post-match conference.

Ulfhednar will now advance to the main stage where it will be pitted against the best 15 teams in the world, including Philippine bets Fnatic Onic and Aurora.

The Swiss Stage will kick off on November 28 where all 16 teams will figure in five rounds. Eight teams to secure three match wins will move on to the knockout stage while the other eight teams that absorb three match losses will bow out.
