Joshua Pacio shows form for third match vs Brooks in open workout

ONE strawweight world champion Joshua Pacio of Lions Nation MMA showed a glimpse of his form for the upcoming third match of his trilogy with Jarred Brooks in the main event of ONE 171 on February 20 at the Lusail Sports Arena in Qatar.

The 29-year-old Pacio is accompanied by his teammates Eduard Folayang, Stephen Loman, Aaron Posawen, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blackbelt Gibrang, and Kevin Belingon, who is also fighting on the same card against Bibiano Fernandes.

"It feels great to be back here in Qatar. I consider Qatar my home away from home because of the Filipino community. The atmosphere is like you're fighting inside the Mall of Asia Arena. I'm so excited," Pacio said.

Pacio and Brooks first shared the stage in 2022 where the American wrestler emerged victorious via unanimous decision. A rematch took place in March last year in a bout that ended in a disqualification after the Filipino was slammed on his head in the opening round.
