PH bags three more golds in Asian Youth Games muay events

The Philippines added three more gold medals to its haul in the Asian Youth Games on Sunday, thanks to its stellar muay performers.

Lyre Anie Ngina ruled the girls’ Wai Kru 14–15 category with a score of 9.00, claiming the country’s fourth gold medal.

Zeth Gabriel Bueno followed suit, scoring 9.17 points to capture the gold in the boys’ Wai Kru 14–15 division.

Meanwhile, Jan Brix Ramiscal and Tyron Jamborillo delivered muay’s third gold after dominating the mixed team Mai Muay event with 9.20 points.

The Philippines now has a total of six golds, five silvers, and six bronzes in the ongoing tournament.
