Karl Eldrew Yulo gets bronze in horizontal bar finals of Junior Gymnastics World Championships

Karl Eldrew Yulo bagged another bronze medal in the 2025 Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships as he finished third in the horizontal bar finals on Monday at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City.

The 17-year old Yulo scored 14.000 from a combined total of 5.100 in difficulty and 8.800 in execution. An additional 0.100 was added for his stick bonus.

He finished third behind Colombian Camilo Vera who scored 14.533, and American Danila Leykin who had 14.233.

This is Yulo’s second bronze medal in the tournament after claiming one in the floor exercise final on Sunday.

In the all-around finals, Yulo finished eighth, while he narrowly missed the podium in the vault finals as he finished fourth.
