2025 SEA Games: PH women's 4x100m freestyle relay team wins gold

The Philippines secured its second gold medal at the 2025 Southeast Asian Games on Wednesday in Thailand by ruling the 4x100m women’s freestyle relay.

The quartet of Kayla Sanchez, Chloe Isleta, Xiandi Chua, and Heather White clocked 3:44.26 to claim the gold.

Singapore finished second with 3:46.53, while Vietnam placed third with 3:47.47.

This follows the gold medal won earlier by Justin Kobe Macario in poomsae, and marks the country’s second swimming medal after Gian Santos’ silver in the men’s 200m individual medley.
