Agatha Wong wins wushu gold in 2025 SEA Games

Agatha Wong added another medal to her personal haul after winning her sixth overall gold medal at the Southeast Asian Games on Sunday.

Wong ruled the women’s taolu (taijijian) competition with a score of 19.556, adding to her previous gold medals from 2017 (taijiquan), 2019 (taijijian and taijiquan), 2021 (taijijian), and 2023 (taijijian and taijiquan).

The victory marked the Philippines’ 16th gold medal in the biennial meet.
