Aurora, Fredrinn, or Lapu-Lapu? Aurora Gaming shares M7 skin picks

JAKARTA — Fresh off an unexpected title run at the M7 World Championship, Aurora Gaming gave their initial choices for the skins exclusive to a team that won an M-series edition.

The majority of the squad, including head coach Aniel 'Master The Basics' Jiandani, expressed interest in a special skin for Aurora, a mage hero whose theme also aligns with their squad name.

Master The Basics, though, added that he’s also wanted to have a skin for utility jungler Fredrinn, which he said had the most impact to their entire M7 run, especially for jungler Jonard “Demonkite” Caranto.

Roamer Dylan “Light” Catipon agreed with the Aurora pick and said he also wanted a skin for Chou for his Finals MVP skin.

This will be the sixth straight time the Philippines will get to choose the M-series skins.

In the M2, Bren selected Lancelot while Blacklist International went for Estes during their M3 title run. M4 champion Echo (now Team Liquid) had a Chou skin while Falcons AP.Bren went for Brody and Paquito for David “FlapTzy” Canon’s Finals MVP skin.

In the M6, Onic Philippines selected Joy for the M-series skin and Beatrix for the Finals MVP skin.
