Karl Eldrew Yulo advances to floor exercise finals in Gymnastics World Cup Antalya leg

Karl Eldrew Yulo advanced to the floor exercise finals of the Gymnastics World Cup anew, this time in the Antalya leg in Turkiye.

Yulo scored 13.666 to finish among the top eight in the qualification round on Thursday.

Spain’s Rayderley Zapata topped the qualifiers with 13.966, while Slovenia’s Anze Hribar placed second with 13.800. Norway’s Theodor Gadderud also scored 13.666 to tie for third with Yulo and Ireland’s Eamon Montgomery.

Chia-Hung Tang of Chinese Taipei (13.566), Abdulaziz Mirvaliev of Uzbekistan (13.533), and Hong Kong’s Ching Cheung (13.433) rounded out the eight finalists.

Last week, Yulo also reached the floor exercise finals in the World Cup leg in Baku, where he finished sixth.
