LCW's Ivan Anisimov tops Tour of Luzon Stage 4, Shulchenko keeps overall lead

LCW UAECycle’s Ivan Anisimov of Russia topped Stage 4 of the Tour of Luzon, while Nikita Shulchenko sustained his lead in the individual general classification on Saturday.

The fourth stage covered 165.8 kilometers, stretching from Palayan City in Nueva Ecija to Bayombong in Nueva Vizcaya.

Anisimov clocked 3:59:41 to win the stage, followed by Jung Hoon Lee of the Seoul Cycling Team and Ronnilan Quita of 7Eleven Cliqq Roadbike Philippines.

Shulchenko, meanwhile, remained at the top of the individual general classification with an overall time of 10:59:38. Stage 1 winner Yousef Ibrahiem Alrefai stayed in close second, trailing by 49 seconds.

Stage 5 will run from Santiago City to Tuguegarao City, covering a distance of 130.6 kilometers.
