2026 Palarong Pambansa latest medal tally (May 29, 2026)

The 2026 Palarong Pambansa is nearing its homestretch, with more medals still up for grabs as several events approach their final rounds.

As of Friday morning, the National Capital Region (NCR) continued to lead the regular sports medal tally with 36 gold medals, 25 silvers, and 30 bronzes.

Region IV-A CALABARZON remained in second place with a 27-25-21 gold-silver-bronze tally, while Region VI Western Visayas stayed in third with an even 16-16-16 medal count.

In the demo sports category, Region XII SOCCSKSARGEN maintained the top spot with four gold medals, two silvers, and three bronzes. Region II followed with a 3-2-4 tally, while NCR ranked third with three golds, one silver, and one bronze.

Meanwhile, Region VI Western Visayas continued to dominate the Para Games with 15 gold medals, 19 silvers, and 13 bronzes. The Negros Island Region also collected 15 golds, along with six silvers and five bronzes.
