2026 Palarong Pambansa Final Medal Tally

The 2026 Palarong Pambansa wrapped up on Sunday, with the closing ceremony held in Agusan del Sur.

The National Capital Region (NCR) topped the regular sports medal tally with 91 gold, 71 silver, and 71 bronze medals. Region IV-A CALABARZON placed second with 55 golds, 50 silvers, and 60 bronzes, while Region XI Davao Region finished third with 34 golds, 32 silvers, and 34 bronzes.

Region XII SOCCSKSARGEN, meanwhile, topped the demo sports medal tally with four golds, five silvers, and nine bronzes, followed by Region XI Davao Region (4-4-5) and Region XIII Caraga (4-1-6).

In the Para Games, Region VI Western Visayas finished first with 21 golds, 25 silvers, and 15 bronzes, while the Negros Island Region (15-6-5) and Region IV-A CALABARZON (12-13-7) rounded out the podium.

The Palarong Pambansa will be held in Quezon City next year.
