Stephen Loman launches bid to reclaim BRAVE CF title

Stephen “The Sniper” Loman is back.

The former BRAVE Combat Federation bantamweight champion begins his quest to reclaim the title when he faces No.2-ranked contender Lasha Abramishvili at BRAVE CF 108 on September 5 in Croatia.

The bout is expected to serve as a title eliminator, with the winner receiving a title shot against reigning champion Borislav Nikolić

"I've been waiting for this opportunity for a long time, and I'm grateful that my return is happening in BRAVE CF," Loman said.

Following his departure from ONE Championship in December 2025, Loman, one of the most decorated fighters in BRAVE CF history, returns to the promotion after several years away. The Filipino striker captured the inaugural bantamweight title in 2017 and defended it four times during a 1,179-day reign.

“This organization gave me the platform to showcase my abilities to fans across the world and helped shape my career. Coming back here means everything to me, and this fight in Croatia is the first step toward reclaiming the BRAVE CF Bantamweight World Title."

Standing in his way is the unbeaten Abramishvili, who owns an impressive 4-0 record under the BRAVE banner.

"It is exciting to test myself against someone who accomplished so much in this division," Abramishvili said. "Stephen Loman set a very high standard as World Champion, and I respect everything he has achieved.”

“A convincing win over him would show that I deserve to be the next man fighting for the BRAVE CF Bantamweight World Title."
