Swimmers Jamesray Ajido, Riannah Coleman qualify for Youth Olympic Games

Swimmers Jamesray Ajido and Riannah Chantelle Coleman have qualified for the 2026 Youth Olympic Games in Dakar, Senegal, set for October 31 to November 13.

Ajido and Coleman join a growing Philippine delegation that already includes athletes Pi Durden Wangkay and Naomi Marjorie Cesar (athletics), Maritanya Krog (cycling), and Angel Polo (wushu).

According to the Philippine Sports Commission, the country is also set to receive universality slots in gymnastics and windsurfing, bringing its total allocation to nine athletes.
