Lady Falcons fly high, defeat La Salle

The Adamson Lady Falcons earned a statement victory on Saturday, defeating the defending champions DLSU Lady Spikers, 25-18 15-25 25-19 25-22 at the FilOil Arena in San Juan.

A total of four players scored in double figures for Adamson, led by CJ Soyud who had 18 points off 13 attacks and two aces. Mylene Paat and Joy Dacoron also tallied 15 points each, while Jessica Galanza chipped in 10.

It was also a balanced attack for the Lad Spikers, who were led by team captain Majoy Baron with 13 off eight kills and four aces. Des Cheng added 10, while Aduke Agunsaya and Tin Tiamzon scored nine apiece. Kim Dy, meanwhile, scored eight.
