Ateneo, La Salle to face off in UAAP opening weekend

Women's division defending champions DLSU Lady Spikers will face rival Ateneo Lady Eagles early in the UAAP Season 81 volleyball tournament as they are slated to play on February 17, Sunday, at the Mall of Asia Arena, as part of volleyball season's opening weekend.

Volleyball season will commence on February 16 at the FilOil Flying V Arena, according to the schedule released by the UAAP on Thursday.

In the men's division, last season's finalists NU Bulldogs and Ateneo Blue Eagles will battle each other on March 16.
