Marck Espejo's team takes win in Japan V.League Men's All-Star game

Marck Espejo and his team emerged victorious in the Japan V.League Men's All-Star game held on Saturday.

Espejo's team swept the opponent, 25-22, 25-22, 26-24, during the league's All-Star weekend.

The Filipino player played alongside Kunihiro Shimizu (Panasonic), Kenyu Nakamoto (Panasonic), Shinichi Fukuyama (JTekt), Taishi Onodera (JT Hiroshima), Masaki Oya (Suntory), Tomohiro Yamamoto (Sakai), Takahiko Imamura (Panasonic), Vernon Evans (Sakai) and Yudai Kawahigashi (VC Nagano).

Espejo of FC Tokyo was selected as part of the V.League recommendations, while some of the other players were selected through fan voting.

The Women's Fan Festa will be held later this afternoon.
