F2 deals Creamline first loss as Lacsina ace seals win for Cargo Movers

The F2 Logistics Cargo Movers outlasted the Creamline Cool Smashers in a five-set thriller, 23-25, 25-18, 16-25, 25-23, 16-14, on Saturday in the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference at the PhilSports Arena.

After trailing 14-12 in the deciding set, the Cargo Movers rallied late capped by an ace from Ivy Lacsina to get their third win in four games.

Myla Pablo stormed with 27 points off 22 attacks and five blocks, while Aby Maraño and Kim Kianna Dy added 14 and 11 points, respectively for the Cargo Movers.

The win spoiled Tots Carlos' 21-point performance, with Jema Galanza tallying 18 points. Jeanette Panaga and Michele Gumabao had 14 points each in the Creamline loss which put them down to 3-1.

F2 will next face the Cignal HD Spikers while Creamline will play Chery Tiggo on Saturday.
