Philippines sweeps Macau in AVC Challenge Cup for Women

The Philippines made quick work of Macau in its campaign opener in the AVC Challenge Cup for Women, 25-14, 25-12, 25-9, on Monday in Indonesia.

The Philippine team is composed of Faith Nisperos and some of the Akari Chargers' core such as Bang Pineda, Michelle Cobb, Ezra Madrigal, Erika Raagas, and Eli Soyud.

The nationals will face host country Indonesia on Tuesday.
