PVL: Creamline draws first blood against Choco Mucho in All-Filipino Finals

The Creamline Cool Smashers took Game 1 of the best-of-three finals of the 2023 PVL 2nd All-Filipino Conference after dispatching the Choco Mucho Flying Titans, 25-23, 19-25, 26-24, 25-22, on Thursday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Creamline reached match point, 24-20, before the Flying Titans saved two to breathe some life into their game. Bernadeth Pons sealed the deal for the Cool Smashers.

Tots Carlos and Jema Galanza had 16 points apiece as the Cool Smashers extended their winning streak to 14 this conference.

Maddie Madayag had 18 points, while Sisi Rondina had 17 points for the Flying Titans.

Game 2 of the finals will be played on Saturday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
