Brooke Van Sickle wins second straight PVL All-Filipino MVP award

Brooke Van Sickle claimed her second straight All-Filipino Conference MVP after leading Petro Gazz to a historic crown on Saturday at the PhilSports Arena. 

The Filipina-American high-flyer played a crucial role in delivering the Angels' third overall crown and first All-Filipino title, taking down Creamline in a three-game finals series. 

Savi Davison of PLDT and Bernadeth Pons of Creamline were named the Best Outside Spikers while Thea Gagate of ZUS Coffee and Creamline's Bea De Leon bagged the Best Middle Blocker plums. 

Trisha Tubu of Farm Fresh was named the Best Opposite Spiker while Creamline veteran Kyle Negrito was handed the Best Setter recognition. 

Choco Mucho's Thang Ponce claimed the Best Libero honors for helping the Flying Titans reach the semifinals. 

Cignal's impressive first-year spiker in Ishie Lalongisip was hailed the Rookie of the Conference by providing the undermanned HD Spikers a huge lift in their campaign.
