2025 SEA Games: Alas Pilipinas Men fall to Thailand, relegated to battle for bronze

The Alas Pilipinas men’s team fell to host country Thailand, 25-20, 25-19, 25-21, on Thursday in the 2025 Southeast Asian Games men’s volleyball semifinals.

With the loss, Thailand continues its bid for a tournament sweep after ending the group round with a 3-0 record.

The Philippines, meanwhile, absorbed its second loss in the whole tournament after winning against Myanmar and losing to Indonesia in the group stage.

Still, the Philippines has a chance for a podium finish as it takes on Vietnam in the bronze medal match on Friday.
