SGA lands former Chery Tiggo star Imee Hernandez

Strong Group Athletics continued its busy offseason haul after securing the services of Imee Hernandez, who was left without a team following the disbandment of Chery Tiggo. 

Hernandez became the latest player to join Strong Group after Remy Palma, Chie Saet, Bia General, and Royse Tubino as the organization looks to strengthen ahead of the new PVL edition. 

Hernandez' arrival at SGA came more than a month after the announcement of Chery Tiggo's exit from the league, which ended an 11-year run in the volleyball scene. 

SGA isn’t the only team reshuffling its roster.

After letting go of Saet and Palma, Petro Gazz has also parted ways with several key players in Joy Dacoron and Blove Barbon while Nxled has bid goodbye to Jaja Maraguinot, Rachel Jorvina, Lycha Ebon, Maji Mangulbanan, and Jai Atienza.
