PVL: Former Chery Tiggo stars Mylene Paat, Pauline Gaston head to SGA, Capital1
Two more former players of the defunct Chery Tiggo team have found new homes ahead of the new PVL season.
Veteran opposite spiker Mylene Paat and middle blocker Pauline Gaston landed at Strong Group Athletics and Capital1, respectively, as they move forward following the exit of Chery Tiggo last month.
Paat could suit up with either ZUS Coffee or Farm Fresh.
Jasmine Nabor and Shaya Adorador, both of whom were also previous members of Chery Tiggo, have also signed with Capital1 along with Gaston in a busy offseason moves for almost all teams.
Paat was part of the Chery Tiggo crew that delivered the title during the 2021 Open Conference, outlasting Creamline in five sets to become the first-ever titleholder in the professional ranks.
Gaston, meanwhile, joined Chery Tiggo in 2023 until the club's departure last December.
