Marck Espejo joins Taiwanese club TSG Skyhakws

Marck Espejo is once again taking his talents abroad after signing with the TSG Skyhawks in the Taiwan Professional Volleyball League.

The club announced Espejo’s move on Wednesday, with the 28-year-old Filipino import set to suit up for his seventh overseas team across five countries.

Espejo previously played in Japan for Oita Miyoshi Weiss Adler, FC Tokyo, and Kubota Spears Osaka. He also had stints with Visakha in Thailand, Bani Jamra in Bahrain, and Incheon Korean Air in South Korea.

He will now compete in Taiwan’s prestigious professional league.

This will not be the first time a Filipino import has played in Taiwan, as fellow Alas Pilipinas Men veteran Bryan Bagunas previously suited up in the country. Bagunas led Win Streak to back-to-back titles before moving to Japan’s top-flight professional league to bolster Osaka Bluteon.
