UAAP: UST sweeps UP, La Salle beats Adamson in men’s volleyball
The University of Santo Tomas swept the University of the Philippines, 25-22, 25-18, 25-16, in the UAAP Season 88 men’s volleyball tournament on Wednesday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

UP’s Olayemi Raheem, meanwhile, was limited to 12 points as the Fighting Maroons fell to a 2-4 record in the standings.
“We prepared to neutralize Raheem, pero mas maganda ‘yung targeting namin this game and fewer errors. Maganda ‘yung mindset ng mga players today,” said UST head coach Odjie Mamon.
