She is Athena Imperial from Casiguran, Aurora. She once hoped to become a beauty queen when she joined the Mutya ng Pilipinas in 2009 but unfortunately, she failed to bring home the crown. Athena persevered and this month, she won Miss Philippines Earth 2011 and she is now set to compete with other beauties in Thailand. Rainer Remigio: Miraculous Story of Survival Five years have passed since Rainier Remigio met a severe motor accident that caused him to undergo several operations to save his life. His first operation took 8 stitches for his fractured chin and some implant on his lower teeth. For his fractured nose bridge, his upper lip was operated on to complete his nose surgery. But the most complicated operation was the Epidural Hematoma wherein Rainier hairline was literally peeled off to remove the blood clot. It took some 33 stitches to bring his half-face off back to normal. Five years after the operation, how has Rainier recovered?
