UAAP: DLSU Lady Spikers bury UP in three sets

The De La Salle University Lady Spikers had 12 people scoring in a dominant performance to down University of the Philippines, 25-15 25-8 25-8, on Sunday at the FilOil Flying V Arena in San Juan.

 

The Lady Spikers limited UP to only 31 points the whole match to take their fifth straight game after dropping their opening match to UST.

 

Michelle Gumabao and Ara Galang led DLSU with eight each, while Mika Reyes chipped in seven. Kim Fajardo and Wensh Tiu combined for 12.

 

Jay Aliyah Ong was the top scorer for UP with four, while four other Maroons posted two points each.
