Bus collision kills 4 in Compostela Valley

Four people were killed in a bus collision incident in Nabunturan, Compostella Valley on Monday.

As reported in GMA's "24 Oras," the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said that a tire of one bus exploded and caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.

The bus rammed into another bus from the opposite lane of the road.

Two were declared dead on the spot while two died at the hospital. Over 20 others were injured.

Authorities are still investigating the incident. —Dona Magsino/ LDF, GMA News
