Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes’ daughter Zia is now fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

On Monday, Dingdong shared the update on Instagram with a photo of six-year-old Zia holding an “I’m fully vaxxed” banner while wearing her face mask.

“Everything went smoothly, may pa-pizza, balloons, at mascot pa! They really made sure that the whole process will be child-friendly and I think they did a good job!” Dingdong wrote in the caption.

While it might just be a “regular fun playday” for Zia and her friends, Dingdong said the kids getting the COVID-19 vaccine symbolizes a better tomorrow for them and the country.

“I’m just glad that we’re slowly getting back up as a nation so we can slowly expose our children to the world again. Siyempre bilang tatay at magulang, importante sa akin na magkaroon ng mas malalim na pag-unawa ang mga anak ko sa nangyayari sa paligid nila,” he said.

“Kahit yung simpleng paglalaro at pagiikot sa iba't ibang lugar ay napakahalaga. Magandang marami silang makita, matanong, makausap, at maramdaman,” he added.

Zia received her first dose earlier this month, which came weeks after the Dantes Squad tested positive for COVID-19.

Aside from Zia, other celebrity children such as Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo’s kids, Luna, 6, and Lucho, 11, also received their COVID-19 vaccines. — LA, GMA News
