MANILA, Philippines - The Roseville Police Department in California has asked the public’s help in locating an “at-risk" Filipino man. A report by News 10 quoted officer Dee Dee Gunther of the Roseville Police Department as saying 39-year-old Albert Cariaga has been missing since around 2:27 p.m. on December 31. Cariaga was described to be a Filipino male, 5’7" tall, weighs about 140 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. Gunther said that the man was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and gray sweatpants with a hospital band on one of his wrists while walking barefoot near the Sutter Roseville Medical Center. He also said that apparently Cariaga went in to the hospital’s emergency room because of depression-related issues and left immediately afterward. - Kimberly Jane T. Tan, GMANews.TV
