More Filipinos in California can now watch GMA Life TV

MANILA, Philippines - As GMA Network’s second international channel, GMA Life TV has finally become available to Filipino television subscribers through San Bruno Cable in San Bruno, California. More than just mainstream entertainment, GMA Life TV promises to engage more and more viewers with its exciting line-up of heart-warming and innovative programs from its local free TV channel, Q Channel 11, which features the Filipinos’ lifestyle and interests, especially of women. Among its programming highlights are the following television programs: “Moms," hosted by Manilyn Reynes, Lani Mercado, and Sherilyn Reyes, is both a talk show and magazine program that tackles unique “mommy experiences, treats, and getaways, preggy fashion, and kid tips;" “Day-off," hosted by Carmina Villaroel and Pekto, gives hard-working Filipinos the opportunity to experience an unforgettable pampering during their leave from work without having to worry that their jobs are left unattended; “Chef to Go," hosted by chef Rob Pengson, allows the audience to have a top-notch and “undeniably charming chef" as their personal cook who prepares the finest cuisines in their very own kitchen; “The Sweet Life," hosted by Lucy Torres-Gomez and Wilma Doesnt, is a magazine talk show that aims to guide viewers on anything and everything about living in style, including tips and the latest info on topics such as home decorating, fashion, entertainment, hobbies, leisure, and travel; “Ka-Toque," hosted by chefs Rosebud Benitez, Mitchie Sison, Darlo Lopez, Jonah Trinidad, JL Cang and Niño Logarta, is a unique cooking show that features chefs who barge into celebrity homes, raid their kitchens, and come up with interesting dishes out of available ingredients; “Proudly Filipina," hosted by Charlene Gonzalez-Muhlach, is a show that honors Filipino women achievers who have not only made a difference in their own lives but also in the lives of other people. GMA Life TV is also now available in AccessTV and Mediatti Broadband for subscribers in Japan; Channel 8 and Hitron Limited in Papua New Guinea; Orbit Communications in the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa; UBI World TV in Australia and New Zealand, IPQube in Canada; and DISH Network across the United States. Meanwhile, Pinoy TV, GMA Network’s first 24-hour Tagalog international programming channel, also showcases top-rated telenovelas, classic variety shows, and the most credible and up-to-date news.
