It said the awarding ceremony was held in Seoul Wednesday, where Philippine Ambassador to South Korea Luis Cruz lauded Ybiosa for his creativity and excellence in photography. Cruz also encouraged the student to continue with his involvement in various Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) awareness programs. University of the Philippines student MM Yu was also awarded the honor of âSpecial Guest Artist" in recognition of her outstanding entries, the DFA said. The contest, which carries the theme âCultural Diversity and Harmony," was divided in two categories, including video/multimedia and photography.
