Vote-rich areas in Election 2025: Cebu is top province, QC top city

This 2025 mid-term elections, Cebu is the most vote-rich province and Quezon City is the top of the list among cities.
According to data from GMA Integrated News Research, Cebu is the only province to reach over three million voters, with 3,407,780 registered voters.
Following Cebu are fives provinces that recorded over two million voters: Cavite with 2,447,362, Bulacan with 2,173,026, Pangasinan with 2,156,306, Laguna with 2,140,124, and Negros Occidental with 2,001,732.
Other provinces that made it to the Top 10 vote-rich provinces are Batangas with 1,958,794 voters, Pampanga with 1,674,789 voters, Rizal with 1,671,643 voters, and Iloilo with 1,649,730 voters.
Meanwhile, Quezon City leads the list of vote-rich cities with 1,454,411 registered voters. It was followed by Manila with 1,142,174 registered voters and Davao City with 1,006,592 voters.
Rounding up the top five are the cities of Caloocan with 765,249 registered voters and Cebu with 721,479 voters.
The data also showed that CALABARZON is Philippines' top vote-rich region with 9,714,079 voters. This account for 14.20% of the total voters in the Philippines.
Following CALABARZON are Central Luzon and National Capital Region which tallied 7,699,404 and 7,563,520 voters, respectively.
Also included in the top five vote-rich regions are Central Visayas and Bicol, both with over four million registered voters.
