An initial investigation showed the two suspects had a verbal confrontation with a taxi driver who parked behind them.
He then had a verbal confrontation with police. When the police tried to calm Jickain down, he allegedly got down from his car and supposedly poked his handgun at one of the policemen.
Jickain declined to comment about the incident, and would talk to his lawyers.
