WALANG PASOK: DLSU, Benilde suspend classes due to papal visit road closures
Classes in at least two schools in Manila will be suspended on Wednesday due to road closures for Pope Francis' five-day visit to the Philippines.
The De La Salle University's student government tweeted office work and classes in all levels are suspended Jan. 14.
Classes in all levels, including office work, in the Taft campus are suspended on 14 Jan 2015 due to the road closures for the Papal Visit.

The Taft campus will be on heightened security alert from 14 to 19 January 2015. Access to the campus will be closed.

The College of St. Benilde issued a similar announcement on its Twitter account:

The suspensions come just ahead of the five-day holiday declared by Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada for the papal visit.
