2 killed, 11 hurt as part of building under construction in Taguig collapses

(Updated 2:32 p.m.) At least two workers were killed while 11 were injured after a portion of a building under construction in Taguig City collapsed Wednesday morning.

The city's Bureau of Fire Protection said two were killed and 11 were hurt, radio dzBB's Glen Juego reported.


A photo posted by dzBB identified the fatalities as Renan dela Cruz and Ruben Racraquiam.

The two were buried under debris at the construction site of The Suites, the report said.
