Male victim gunned down in East Rembo, Makati

A male victim was shot to death by four assailants Sunday night in Barangay East Rembo, Makati, radio dzBB's James Agustin reported.

According to a witness, the fatality, identified only as Alvin, was walking on 25th Avenue when he was suddenly shot.

Police investigators were able to recover eight shell casings from the crime scene.

East Rembo Barangay Captain Art Contreras said that the victim had been a resident of Barangay Pembo. Contreras also speculated that the killing was drug related. — DVM, GMA News
