Two UP students hurt in frat-related violence
Two engineering students of the University of the Philippines (UP) were hurt in a fraternity-related violence inside the Diliman campus Thursday afternoon, a 24 Oras report said.
According to the report, the two students were hit with a baseball bat by men who were wearing bonnets as they were leaving the College of Engineering.
The two sustained injuries in the head, face and body, and were brought to the UP Infirmary.
The report said both students are members of the Alpha Sigma Fraternity.
Based on the initial investigation of the UP Police, the suspects were also members of a fraternity. —Kathrina Charmaine Alvarez/KBK, GMA News
