Vandolph's plan to run for councilor was bared last June by his half-sister, former Sangguniang Kabataan vice president Winwyn Marquez, who also bared Moreno's plan to run for higher office known.
Vandolph, who was accompanied by Moreno and his wife in filing his COC, joined the ticket of incumbent Parañaque Mayor Edwin Olivarez and Rep. Eric Olivarez last September during the oathtaking ceremony of the ruling Liberal Party.
Moreno, however, will reportedly run for senator under the opposition party United Nationalist Alliance, which is fielding Vice President Jejomar Binay as its standard bearer in the 2016 elections. —Rie Takumi/KBK, GMA News
