A barangay tanod who was watching the community's CCTV camera videos close to midnight on Monday caught something eerie not on the screen but just a few feet away from him inside the barangay hall.

A CCTV video that has since gone viral showed Chester Camacho visibly taken aback when a monobloc chair he himself placed near a wall moved on its own.

Camacho caught the chair move the second time it did.But the CCTV camera caught every move the chair made.

"Nagkaroon na po ako ng takot. Ang iniisip ko baka namu-multo na ko. Ginawa ko sa nerbyos ko, lumabas na lang ako," Camacho told GMA News.

Told that the chair's motion could have been caused by the earthquake that hit Metro Manila and nearby areas that night, Camacho said the earthquake happened around 10 p.m.

The chair moved at 11:40 p.m.

Camacho said he would rather be posted outside the barangay hall at night.

"Pag sa gabi ayaw ko na. Dito na lang ako sa labas. Baka mamaya magkaganon na naman e," Camacho said. -NB, GMA News
