Viral video shows police slapping a motorcycle driver

A police officer was caught on video berating and then slapping a motorcyclist. The video entitled "Simply Unacceptable" was uploaded by Top Gear Philippines with more than 360,000 views as of posting time.

In the 40-second video, the motorcycle driver was alone and carrying a large box and several plastic bags at an intersection of what looked like Roxas boulevard and Kalaw Avenue in Manila.

It is not clear what specific violation the motorcyclist committed. — BAP, GMA News
