PNR booth destroyed after DPWH truck is hit by train

A train of the Philippine National Railways (PNR) hit a truck of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Brgy. 159 Yuseco St., Manila on Friday, according to a report on "24 Oras" by dzBB's Gluen Juego.

According to crossing keeper Jay Lipana, he was already lowering the crossing's level barrier when the DPWH truck still tried  crossing the railroad.

The passing train hit the truck causing it to crash to the PNR booth. Fortunately, the truck's driver and passengers left the vehicle before the impact.
