P500k damage in Caloocan City fire
At least six business establishments in Sangandaan, Caloocan City were hit by fire on Friday evening, GMA News' Vonne Aquino reported on "Saksi."
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) is investigating the cause of the fire, which started a few minutes after 8 p.m.
A security guard, who was trapped inside one of the stores near the blaze, was rescued by SWAT team members.
He related that he managed to crawl under a small opening of the store's roll up door.
The BFP said the estimate cost of damage could be around P500,000. The fire was extinguished almost two hours after it started, about 9:52 p.m. — BAP, GMA News
