Pasay City RTC receives bomb threat

Hearings at the Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) were halted on Monday afternoon due to a bomb threat.

Radio dzBB's Manny Vargas said the bomb threat was received by one of the branches of the RTC at past 1 p.m.

Employees and people attending hearings at the RTC were ordered to evacuate.

Vargas reported that members of the Pasay City police's Special Weapons and Tactics team and Explosive Ordnance Division were clearing the third and fourth floors of the Pasay City Hall of Justice.

The hall of justice was declared safe by the police after a few minutes of search. —ALG, GMA News
