Heavy downpour causes flooding, traffic jams in Metro Manila
Monsoon rains enhanced by Tropical Storm Gorio caused floods in several parts of Metro Manila Thursday morning, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said.
The rightmost lane of Cloverleaf in Balintawak was not passable to light vehicles because of the flooding in the area while floodwaters in front of St. Joseph Church subsided after reaching knee high.
