A commuter, who opted to cancel a Grab trip after the driver refused to allow her dog inside the car, allegedly became the subject of cyberbullying by other drivers of the transport network company.

According to Cesar Apolinario's report on "State of the Nation", Camila Reyes has filed cyberbullying complaints against five Grab drivers after the incident with the driver who wanted her dog placed in the trunk.

"Nagulat kami na 'yong driver pinapalagay sa compartment [yung aso]," Reyes said.

"Sinabi ko po masusuffocate 'yan or ma-hi-heat stroke 'yan hindi puwede 'yan sa loob ng sasakyan," she added.

Report of the disagreement reportedly reached the social media group of Grab drivers, where Reyes received unsavory comments.

Her picture was even used for an offensive meme.

The NBI Cybercrime Division has vowed to look into the case and investigate the evidence submitted.

Reyes didn't file a cyberbullying rap against the driver who refused her dog, but added that she wanted him to be made accountable before the TNC.

Grab has also advised Reyes to file a complaint against the driver and the operator. —NB/AT, GMA News
