BJMP recovers drug paraphernalia, other contraband inside QC Jail
Operatives of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) on Wednesday recovered drug paraphernalia and other contraband from inside the Quezon City Jail during a raid.
According to a report by Chino Gaston on Balitanghali, members of the BJMP Special Tactics and Response Team conducted an Oplan Greyhound raid in the cells in Cuerna Dormitory, after receiving information that illegal drugs were being sold in the jail.
They took down the partitions in the cells, saying that jail guards should easily be able to see inside to monitor any illegal activities.
