Man allegedly exposing, touching himself on bus nabbed by policewoman next to him

A man found himself in jail in Quezon City after being caught pleasuring himself on a bus by the passenger next to him, who happened to be a police officer.

According to a report by Mark Zambrano on 24 Oras, PO1 Krista De Guzman was riding the bus from Bocaue, Bulacan to Manila with her two daughters on Sunday morning when she noticed that the man sitting next to her children had exposed himself.

De Guzman said that the man, 34-year-old Ching Carreon, put his hand in his shorts, took out his genitals, and began fondling them.

De Guzman struck him and had him arrested by a passing police patrol.

The incident occurred while the bus was on A. Bonifacio Avenue, so Carreon was immediately brought to the police station in La Loma, Quezon City.

"Nakita nga niya ang lalaki na 'yung kanyang suot-suot na pang-ibaba eh tinanggal at nag-masturbate, according to the complainant," said La Loma police chief Superintendent Robert Sales.

Carreon denied the charges and claimed he had been scratching his crotch due to buni (ringworm). He also offered to show GMA News his genitals to prove it.

Carreon has been charged with unjust vexation. — BM, GMA News
