Fire hits commercial-residential area in Pasig City

Four people were brought to the hospital while 30 houses were gutted when a fire hit a commercial and residential area in Pasig City on Thursday.

A report on Balitanghali said the blaze, which happened in Barangay Kapasigan, reached the fourth alarm before being placed under control.

Four people, though unhurt, were sent to the hospital due to dizziness. 

The fire razed 30 residential houses, affecting around 150 persons.

Fire out was declared at 11:35 a.m.

Damage to property has yet to be determined by authorities. — MDM/KG, GMA News
