5 injured as gondola falls from building, crashes into a jeepney in Makati

Five people suffered injuries after a gondola fell from a building under construction, hitting a passenger jeepney in Salcedo Village, Makati City on Friday.

Among the injured were two men and one woman after the equipment was detached from the Shang Salcedo Place in Tordesillas Street at about 9:25 a.m., a radio operator of the Makati Public Safety Office said in an initial report on Dobol B sa News TV.

The radio operator said the three were all passengers of the jeepney, and other vehicles were damaged as well.
